All-star coaches/managers must be approved by the MSLL Board of Directors. Players are selected by a combination of player voting and coach selections.
Anyone can play in MSLL during the regular season. However, you must reside in MSLL boundaries (or meet 1 of 2 exceptions) to be selected to an All-Star team. You need to be prepared to show 3 forms of proof of residency and a certified birth certificate to play on an All-Star team.
Responsibility for costs involved with All-Stars are mainly covered by players/families and sponsors - not MSLL. Cost per player for All-Stars has been set at $30 for 2005.
NOTE... All Projected Start Dates are just that, projections. And are subject to change, up to the actual start of a tournament...Always check the posting date following the Matrix to ensure you have the latest information...
The Tournament Sites could change if there are any added teams to the 9/10 or Little League Baseball Tournaments...
